Fitness Adventure Camp

Fitness Adventure Camp is a day of physical activity and adventure in a beautiful retreat setting. Your day may involve recreational tree climbing, high ropes, team challenges, circuit style boot camp and strength & conditioning exercises.
Common Ground Adventures has teamed up with NASM certified fitness instructor Eduardo Lorenzo to offer this unique combination of fitness and adventure.
WHO?
This program is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who desire to push themselves physically and mentally. Anyone can do this, from kids, to adults. Our fitness adventure camps are great for individuals preparing for adventure races, athletic teams looking for that extra edge, as well weekend warriors looking to challenge themselves. By the end of the day everyone is challenged and leaves with a sense of accomplishment.
WHAT?
The day starts at 9am and concludes around 5pm (with lunch provided).

| 9 – 10am: | Wake up call!! Early morning stretch, group run and boot camp style workout |
| 10 – 12pm: | High Ropes Course or Wall Climb & Leap of Faith |
| 12 – 1pm: | Lunch is Provided |
| 1 – 3pm: | Tree Climbing with Ropes and Safety Harness |
| 3 – 5pm: | Trail Run and Strength & Core Training |
WHEN & WHERE?
Our primary location is DaySpring Conference Center in Parrish, Florida We plan to schedule a monthly open registration class as well as arrange private groups to fit your schedule.
