When deciding on which Low Ropes Elements to choose when building a Low Ropes Course there are many aspects to consider. Low Ropes Elements - Nitro Crossing Drawing Nitro Crossing is a rope swing which allows participants to swing from point A to point B following a set of rules. These rules can be changed by the facilitator to suit the group’s needs.

Low Ropes Elements - Tarzan Baseball Tarzan Baseball is similar to Nitro Crossing, but with 4 platforms that represent the 4 bases on a baseball diamond.  There are many variations to this activity.

Low Challenge Elements - ZigZag ZigZag is a series of stumps of spaced out with varying distances.  Participants use wooden planks to bridge the gap between the stumps, moving from point A to E.

Low Ropes Elements - Spider's Web Drawing Spider’s Web is usually made from bungee between trees or posts. The objective for each person is to get to the other side without coming in contact with  any part of the web.

 Low Ropes Element - The Islands Drawing The Islands are a series of platforms where a small group of people stand on each and use boards to travel from “island” to “island” without touching the ground.  Good for problem solving.

 Low Ropes Elements - Whale Watch The Whale Watch is a balance platform where an entire group must balance together without letting the platform touch the ground

 Low Ropes Element - Mohawk Walk Mohawk Walk is a series of high-strength cables strung between trees or poles where the wire length gets longer and longer. The group tries to traverse the series of expanding cable spans without falling off while using eachother for support.

 Low Ropes Element - TeePee Shuffle The TeePee Shuffle is a specially braced pole lying on the ground. Participants use the pole as a balance beam as they maneuver around eachother to get into a new order.

Low Ropes Element - Troleys Trolleys are a collaborative element consisting of two (or more) long skis with hand ropes. Each member of the team stands with one foot on each ski and one rope in each hand. Together, the group must attempt to traverse over a set distance.

The Island Meuse is a very challenging Low Element requiring teams to find a passage through a sea of tiny islands. The All Aboard is a small elevated platform. A group is challenged to use creative problem-solving to fit anentire group on the platform at once. The All Aboard is a small elevated platform that appears to only have space for three or four people. A group is challenged to use creative problem-solving to fit an entire group on the platform at once.

The Wild Woozy is a pair of horizontal V-Shaped wires that are used to foster trust and support. The Wild Woozy is a pair of horizontal wires that combine to form a V-Shape. One participant steps on each wire where the wires are the closest. Using only eachother for support, the participants see how far down the wire they can walk as the wires become gradually farther apart.
